For the Ones Ready for a Sacred Pause
If you’re longing for ceremony, connection, and a weekend that nourishes your whole being, this retreat is for you.
Release is a four-day sacred circle in the Colorado mountains — a gentle, grounded space to slow down, breathe deeper, and honor what’s ready to shift. Across our time together, you’ll move through ceremony, guided practices, and earth-based ritual that help you soften, reconnect, and return home clearer, steadier, and more resourced for the path ahead.

View from the deck at Rocky Ridge Lodge — where we’ll gather in ceremony.
I’m Shane, a ceremony facilitator devoted to creating trustworthy, spacious containers where people can soften, remember themselves, and feel deeply supported. You’ll be well held here.
This work comes from years of sitting in circle, learning from teachers I deeply respect, and witnessing how transformative it is when someone feels truly held. Ceremony gives us a way to pause, breathe, and honor what’s shifting in our lives with clarity and gentleness.
Together in the Colorado mountains, we’ll work with fire, earth, and gentle guided practices to help you slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that are ready to be seen.
This retreat is a pause — a chance to step into the quiet of the mountains and hear what’s been whispering beneath the surface.
Through ceremony, earth-based ritual, and gentle guided practices, we’ll create a spacious container where you can soften, breathe, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that are ready to be seen.
It’s a weekend to return to your body, your breath, and the truth that’s been waiting for space.
This retreat is for people who want to be in a small, intentional group where everyone moves at their own pace.
It’s for those who feel something stirring inside — a quiet call to reconnect, release, or begin again — and want to explore it in a supportive, grounded environment held by ceremony, nature, and steady guidance.
April 16–19, 2026
Thursday evening through Sunday late morning
Rocky Ridge Lodge — Granby, Colorado
About 90 minutes from Denver International Airport
We begin together on Thursday at 5pm and close our circle on Sunday around 11am.
You’ll receive full arrival details, packing guidance, and travel notes after you register.
You’ll experience a weekend that moves like a gentle tide — grounding you in the earth, opening you through ceremony, and giving you space to listen to what’s rising within.
Through fire, land, and guided practices, you’ll have room to soften, reflect, and meet yourself with clarity.
In this retreat, ceremony includes fire circles, guided reflection, land‑based ritual, and intentional group practices. These are gentle, grounded, and accessible ways of reconnecting with yourself, the land, and the parts of you that have been waiting for space.
Each day follows a steady, natural rhythm — the kind that settles you into the land and lets your system breathe.
A full day in the mountains looks something like this:
• A slow breakfast as the sun comes over the ridge
• The Dance of Life, a movement practice to wake the body and shake off old patterns
• A morning teaching followed by a guided exercise or reflection
• Lunch and open space — time to rest, walk the property, journal, or simply sit with the view
• An afternoon session with another teaching and experiential practice
• Dinner together as the light softens across the valley
• Evening ceremony, beginning in circle indoors and closing the night at the fire beneath the Colorado sky
The days are structured enough to hold you, but spacious enough to let the mountains do their work. There’s no rushing here — just a steady unfolding, one breath at a time.

Your weekend includes all guided practices, ceremonies, and teachings; three nights of lodging in a quiet Colorado mountain home; nourishing meals from Thursday dinner through Sunday brunch; and a small, intentional group held with care. You’ll have access to the land, the fire, and spacious time for rest and reflection. Everything is designed to support you in moving at your own pace
You’ll stay for three nights in Granby, Colorado, with all meals, teachings, guided sessions, and ceremony included.
